What information we collect
WorldSafe collects information you provide directly when you contact us, request an assessment, or engage our services. This includes your name, organization, role, contact details, and information about your facility or security program that you share with us in the course of an engagement. We do not collect payment information directly — all billing is handled through our secure billing partners.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to deliver our services, communicate with you about your engagement, and improve our assessment methodology. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Assessment findings and site-specific security information are treated as strictly confidential and are not shared outside your engagement team.
Assessment data and confidentiality
All security assessment findings, site photographs, vulnerability documentation, and risk scores produced during a WorldSafe engagement are treated as confidential client information. This material is stored securely, accessible only to the practitioners assigned to your engagement, and is not used for any purpose other than delivering your assessment and supporting your remediation.
Data retention
We retain client engagement records for seven years following the completion of an engagement, consistent with industry standards for professional services. You may request deletion of your records at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Note that certain records may be required to be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.

Our website uses standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site. We use this aggregate, anonymized data to improve our content and user experience. We do not use behavioral tracking cookies or retargeting advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use this website.
